Refund Policy

• If cancelled 1 month prior to the check-in date, we would refund 50% of the advance amount excluding the tax. The booking can be carried forward to another date subject to availability.
• If cancelled within 2 weeks of the check-in date, there will be no refund.

Advance Payment

• Advance payment is required to secure a reservation. The amount of advance payment varies based on the total reservation cost and is specified during the booking process. Failure to provide the required advance payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

International Cards

• International credit and debit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Business-to-Business Rates

• Business to business rates are available for eligible companies and partners. Contact our sales department directly. The terms, conditions, and rates for business-to-business arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in a separate contract.

Additional Adult/Children Price

• Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults staying in the same room may incur an additional charge per person per night. This charge covers the cost of an extra bed, amenities, and all meals.

Additional Charges

• The final bill for your stay may include additional charges beyond the room rate. Examples of such charges include but are not limited to:
  • Dining: Charges for specific add on meals.
  • Beverages: Charges for beverages.
  • Transportation: Charges for transportation services, airport transfers, and guided excursions arranged through the resort.
  • Damage or Loss: Charges for any damages to the room, furnishings, or resort property, as well as charges for lost or stolen items.
  • Government Taxes and Fees: Applicable government taxes, fees, and charges imposed on resort accommodations.
